I am a community organiser and sustainability consultant, specialising in ecological land management, regenerative agriculture and food systems.

I organise, facilitate and communicate for projects and organisations.

How can I help your project or organisation?

I have worked with both non-profit and for-profit businesses, communities, local authorities and organisations for more than a decade. I have contributed to dynamic and complex projects with local, state and federal government partners across Australia.

I have expertise in:

– Bringing diverse groups together and ‘helping the system to see itself’ (my superpower)
– Food systems with an Australian agriculture focus
– In person and online event facilitation and participatory hosting practices
– Digital technology
– Strategic communications including impact production for film and environmental social change campaigns
– Copy writing, creative and engaging content creation
– Social media campaign management utilising the latest AI efficiencies, drawing on collective human intelligence
– Organisation of community groups, understanding people and culture, designing team dynamics and flow
– Big picture and relational thinking applied in complex systems
– Meeting targets with teamwork, grit, interpersonal communication and initiative

In 2019 I staged a tree planting at Australia’s Parliament House, with ecologist Finella Dawlings, on the large lawn to advocate for serious regenerative agriculture and sensible climate change policy. You can read more about that here and on social media.

I have a Geography degree from Monash University (Australia) and the University of Sheffield (UK).
Additionally, I bring deep practical experience in food systems change and regenerative processes, learning directly from many of Australia’s leading climate change communications projects, regenerative networks, food retail and farming businesses.

Corporate Manufacturing and Global Supply Chains
Waproo Pty Ltd and Joseph Lyddy – Assistant to General Manager
I had the luck to work alongside my mother, Professor Meryl Dahlitz at Waproo for two years in my mid 20s. This connected me to my family going back three generations.

My experience working for one of Australia’s last remaining chemical manufacturing businesses taught me the importance of resilience and adaptability. This experience cemented my strong commitment within the field of environmental leadership and social entrepreneurship, working towards healthy and ecologically sensitive manufacturing processes and resilient supply chains.
